In these introductory private sessions, you will work one-on-one with one of our highly trained teachers where you will have our undivided attention. 45 minutes of customized instruction that is all about YOU ~ your body and your goals. You will begin your first session with a health intake with your trainer to discuss injuries, weaknesses, or muscular imbalances to create workouts to address your individual needs and goals. Each lesson will be personalized to give you a strong foundation, help you gain new skills, and work towards your goals.

After your introductory sessions, your Pilates trainer will create a custom plan to help you continue to reach your fitness goals.
